  • When is my order going to ship?

    INFMUS processes and ships all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders purchased before 3pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship the following business day.

  • How long does shipping take?

    INFMUS offers free, 2-day express shipping on all domestic orders. Orders will be shipped through DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on order location and will arrive in 2-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You can track your order at any time by clicking here.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes. INFMUS offers international shipping options at checkout. Please note that while you will not have to pay any import tax on the INFMUS website at the time of purchase, you are responsible for any import duties or fees of the destination country.

  • Where is my order being shipped from?

    INFMUS prides itself on providing a premium customer experience which is why we utilize two shipping centers in New York, NY and Dallas, TX. This allows us, regardless of order location, to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Unlike many competitors, INFMUS is a USA headquartered business and does not operate or ship product from China.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    All orders will receive full tracking information sent via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and this information to be sent to you. You can also track your order by clicking here. Keep in mind it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to start updating.

  • Where can I find my order number?

    Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your order number. You will need to reference this number if you have any questions about your order or need to make a return/exchange. Please contact us here if you do not know your order number or never received a confirmation email.

  • How does the lifetime guarantee work?

    If your jewelry gets damaged, fades, or breaks in any way during normal wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement or exchange, absolutely free. Please click here to learn more about our guarantee and here if you need to submit a lifetime guarantee request form.

  • Is your jewelry made out of real gold?

    Yes, we only use genuine 18k yellow and white gold plating to craft our jewelry. INFMUS is in compliance and operates under all rules and regulations set by the Jewelry Vigilance Committee. 

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    INFMUS accepts any return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be unworn and in new, resell-able condition with all original packaging included. Please contact us here or click here if you need to start a return or exchange.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    INFMUS accepts the following payment methods: Any major credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.), pre-paid debit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay. AfterPay is a payment option that allows you to pay in four equal installments with no credit check required.

  • How should I store and protect my jewelry?

    All INFMUS jewelry should be kept absolutely dry and stored in our provided dust bag and packaging when not being worn. Jewelry should be removed before coming into contact with water, cologne, sweat, perfumes, or chemical products as this may damage and weaken the gold finish. Regular, gentle cleanings with a soft polishing cloth is recommended to keep the finish looking immaculate.
